Our Sandpiper Diamond Cuvee has enticing apple, pear and peach aromas, together with a light floweriness. This has a light to medium body and a lovely, creamy, smooth finish.

Limoux is a small town and appellation in the eastern Pyrenean foothills. This sparkling wine is made with an unusual local grape called Mauzac, blended with a good dose of Chardonnay. The wine spends at least 9 months on its lees to develop wonderful toasty overtones.

I find unless I spend £40-50 per bottle Champagne can be a little too sharp and flavorless (am I a heathen?) but this much more affordable alternative seems to please everyone I serve it to – me especially! It tastes delightful, has flavor and fiz and encourages you to celebrate more often!
